Privacy Policy

The operator of the SEO Tools service (hereinafter the "service") and the controller of personal data is:

• Registration data: e-mail, name (optional) and an encrypted password.
• Usage data: the websites and URLs you analyze, analysis results, crawls and tracked rankings.
• Payment data: processed exclusively by the Stripe payment gateway; we do not store card numbers.
• Data from Google Search Console: if you connect your account (see section 4).
• Technical data: IP address and cookies necessary for operation and security.

We process data for the purpose of providing the service (performance of a contract), processing payments, communication and security. Cookies necessary for operation are processed on the basis of legitimate interest; optional cookies only with your consent.

If you connect Google Search Console, we request the webmasters.readonly permission (read-only). We use this data (clicks, impressions, positions, queries) solely to display it to you within the application.

The use of information obtained from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• we do not transfer the data to third parties and do not sell it,
• we do not use it for advertising or profiling,
• no human reads it for any purpose other than displaying it to you,
• you can disconnect access at any time within the application or at myaccount.google.com/permissions; we will then delete the tokens.

We share data only with providers necessary for operation: Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in and Search Console at your request), a specialised SEO data provider (ranking data) and the hosting/e-mail provider. All of them process data in accordance with their own policies and applicable regulations.

We use essential cookies for the operation and security of the service (legitimate interest). We only activate optional marketing cookies and measurement tools after you give your consent in the cookie bar; you can change your consent at any time.

Once consent is granted, we use tools from Seznam.cz, a.s.:

• Sklik retargeting, so we can show you relevant ads across Seznam's websites,
• Sklik conversion measurement, so we can evaluate the effectiveness of our advertising (e.g. completing a registration).
• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.), for anonymous statistics on website traffic and behavior; we use Consent Mode, so without consent it stores no cookies and performs no measurement.

If you are signed in, we may pass these tools a hashed e-mail (SHA-256) as an identifier for more accurate matching; we never share the e-mail itself in readable form. Without your consent, these tools are not loaded at all. Learn more in the Seznam.cz privacy policy and the Google Privacy Policy.

We retain data for the duration of the account. After it is cancelled, we delete or anonymize the data, unless we are required to retain it for legal reasons (e.g. accounting documents).

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and the right to object. Send your request to info@seo-solution.cz. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority.
