Terms of Service

The SEO Tools service (tools.seo-solution.cz) is operated by La Luce s.r.o., IČO: 02041081, Hartigova 2454/237, 130 00 Praha 3, e-mail info@seo-solution.cz. The service provides tools for SEO and GEO analysis of websites, crawling, rank tracking and integration with Google Search Console.

Registration is required to use paid features. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your password secure. One account is intended for a single user/organization.

• Basic analysis is free; advanced features are available in paid plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise).
• Payments are processed by Stripe. The subscription renews at the beginning of each period until you cancel it.
• Prices are listed on the Pricing page including VAT, unless stated otherwise.
• On an upgrade, only the prorated difference is charged; a downgrade takes effect at the end of the current period.

You can cancel your subscription at any time; it will remain active until the end of the paid period. A consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days; by requesting that the provision of the service begin, you acknowledge that you may lose this right to the extent of the performance provided.

You must not misuse the service: in particular, you must not analyze websites without authorization in violation of the law, circumvent plan limits, overload the infrastructure, or reverse engineer the service. Perform analysis only on websites for which you are authorized.

We strive for high availability, but we provide the service "as is". The results are also based on third-party data (Google and a specialised SEO data provider) and are informational in nature; we do not guarantee their completeness or any specific search engine results.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service over the last 12 months.

We may reasonably amend these terms; we will inform you of material changes. The relationship is governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Data protection is described in our Privacy Policy.
